
Helena’s introduction to music began at a very early age. Her parents quickly recognized her talent for playing the piano. Her first music teacher was the Ukrainian professor Vsevolod Mykhailovych Vorobyov, a pianist and professor at the Tchaikovsky National Music Academy of Ukraine.
Professor Vorobyov recognized in his young student a promising musical talent and a deep love for music.
In 1996, at the age of seven, Helena gave her first public performance, playing a four-hand piano piece by Poulenc at the Kyiv Children’s Music Academy. Due to his advanced age (72), V. M. Vorobyov entrusted Helena’s further musical education to the renowned virtuoso pianist and professor Liudmyla Leonidivna Marchevych. Her teacher and mentor became a phenomenal pianist and People's Artist of Ukraine and the Soviet Union.
In 1997, at the age of eight, Helena joined a group of older students (aged 12–14) at an international piano competition in Paris (UNESCO Palace) under the direction of Miloš Magin. She was awarded third place (bronze).
In 1998, at the age of nine, she participated in the International Young Pianists Competition in Vorzel. She received First Prize (gold).
Helen Boyen has performed on several prestigious stages, including:

• House of Actors
• Palace "Ukraine"
• Taras Shevchenko National Opera and Ballet Theatre of Ukraine
• UNESCO Palace in Paris
• As well as various other concert venues and embassies.
As a prizewinner, she also performed alongside other distinguished laureates of international music competitions. She took part in a concert and a film production for the television program “Classic-Premier” and received an honorary award for her performance.

Having an inquisitive mind, Helen Boyen also has other education and specialization.
Since Helen's father wanted to pass on his experience of organizing theater work to his daughter, at the age of 16, Helen entered the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management at the Faculty of Law. However, the love for music does not leave her.
Being in the 4th year of law school and after having obtained a bachelor's degree, Helen makes a decision : combine studies at two universities located in different cities of Ukraine. After persuading her father and agreeing to his conditions, he will go to the budget and bear the costs of education on his own.
In 2008, Helen was successfully accepted on a budget to the Odesa National Music Academy named after O.V. Nezhdanova, to the Department of Musical Cultural Studies and to the specialized piano class to professor Iryna Leonidivna Lisovskaya, as well as to professor, musicologist, outstanding cultural researcher and scientist , author of numerous articles, manuals and books, Olena Mykolaivna Markova.
In 2012, she graduated from the Odesa National Academy of Music named after O.V. Nezhdanova with honors, from the faculty of musical cultural studies and the Interregional Academy of Personnel Management, having obtained a master's degree in law.
In 2013, Helen took part in the interregional competition "Ukrainian Bridges", taking first place (gold).
In 2020, she will graduate from Kyiv National University named after T.G. Shevchenko. She fulfilled her desire to deepen her knowledge about the influence of music on the human psyche.
Helen Boyen is convinced: "Man is given life to realize his full potential. Life is multifaceted, human happiness is found in a variety of realizations and manifestations.
